How It Works
Get a written quote or advertised price from another blind manufacturer or retailer.
Send it to us within 30 days of your purchase or quote from us.
We’ll verify the product match and adjust your price accordingly.
Restrictions (Just the Essentials)
The product must be a direct match in size, material, features, and warranty.
The competitor must be a legitimate blind manufacturer or retailer.
Cannot be combined with other promotions or closeout pricing.
Price Match Guarantee
Our price match guarantee applies to all custom made blinds assembled in our 10B Commerce Drive Warilla factory.
This guarantee is based on comparing our locally made blinds with like for like blinds made locally by other businesses.
This guarantee does not apply to ready made or imported blinds, purchased from online suppliers or from businesses outside the Illawarra.
It is important to understand that we are a local manufacturer in the Illawarra. We employ showroom, factory, sales installation & administration staff locally. We stand by our blinds & provide a full warranty on all the blinds we manufacture.
Best Price Guarantee
Because we manufacture locally, our best price guarantee for blinds & shutters is available to any customer in the Illawarra who provides us with a current competitors quotation. This is not a like for like offer. This offer doesn’t apply to ready made or imported blinds or shutters, purchased from online suppliers or from businesses outside the Illawarra.

When we advertise a 20% off sale, this is a genuine sale.
Before we make a 20% off sale offer, we contact our component & fabric suppliers so that can can support us during the off-season to deliver better prices at the point of sale to our customers. If we can’t get better prices from our suppliers, we don’t offer a discount.
